INSTITUTE FOOTBALL STADIUM PUBLIC CONSULTATION

Institute Football Club (IFC), in conjunction with Derry City & Strabane District Council and Department for Communities, are developing plans to construct a new multi-purpose football stadium on lands at Clooney Park West.

We are now pleased to invite you to a public information day to view the draft proposals produced by Gravity Architects. You will have a chance to review architectural drawings and meet representatives from IFC and their design team.

This is an opportunity for you to engage with the applicant, review the draft proposals and raise any observations and comments you have on the proposals, which will be in addition to and separate from, the normal planning neighbour notification process that will follow after a formal planning application has be submitted.

The information day will be held at Brigade Cricket Club Function Room, 41 Limavady Road on Tuesday 12th December 2023 from 12pm to 7pm. The Consultation Boards can also be viewed on the link provided below.
